  • When you join our communities: If you join groups on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), we may access certain data from your profile and process your posts or comments. However, we don't gather that information or copy it into our systems; we only have access to it.

What Happens Next:

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
  • Your request will be reviewed, and we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless legal obligations require us to retain certain information.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
